Design character:

■Spiral blades increase contact area between PDC bit and well wall to keep drilling stably, to prolong lifespan of PDC bits.

■Medium parabolic profiles PDC bit bounce lateral smally, make wall of well smoothly. This design suit for motor / rotary drilling, for high abrasive formation.

■Adopting CFD emulational technology to calculate to optimize PDC bit, then reduce possibility of heavy breaking and wearing of bit.

■Suit for well drilling in low compressive strength, even texture soft-medium rock formation. Such as wake shale, density marlstone, strong batt, wake sandstone, limestone, and soft gravel, etc.
